Hi to whoever is reading this, I’m Tyler Mattingly. I am 26 and have been born and raised in Southern Maryland my whole life. I have been a realtor servicing Southern Maryland, Prince George’s and Anne Arundel Counties for 5 years now. I work in pretty much every sector of the business, but I specialize in helping my clients or customers buy or sell their homes, land or commercial spaces. One of the joys I have working for Coldwell Banker Premier is being apart of 2 top performing teams behind the scenes, the iLeads teams, which allows me to help our referral partner’s clients and the A-Team, a team that helps our military veterans with relocating when they are required to move for work.

Outside of the business, I do a little bit of everything, but my favorite activity revolves around hunting and fishing, which I grew up doing. I also enjoy playing video games when I have the time and hunting or fishing seasons aren’t taking up my time. In my teenage years, I was a bit of an amateur Call of Duty player, playing tournaments online with friends for both money and pleasure. Whenever I am not doing any of my hobbies above, I enjoy spending time with my family and the friends I have made over the years, many of which I have helped buy and sell their homes and property over my career.
